Description

• Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Document business requirements and create detailed functional specifications.
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Create user flow and user journey for UXUI designer
• Facilitate communication between business users and the development team.
• Perform functional testing based on requirement and specifications
• Conduct gap analysis and process re-engineering.
